Compensation:$50,000
Responsibilities:- Maintain and upgrade system software and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Conduct regular system backups and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to identify and address system-related needs and improvements.
- Writing, reviewing, and updating knowledge base articles.
- Enforce Team Members to follow knowledge base articles in troubleshooting processes.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not always required.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals can be beneficial.
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proficiency in using common productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Knowledge of operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox).

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner to users.
