Summary (Scope of the Job)

Cotton Holdings is hiring an Emergency Recovery Specialist for one of its subsidiaries, Full Circle Restoration located in Duluth, GA. The Emergency Recovery Specialist creates revenue opportunities by consulting with property owners who have suffered any type of property damage event. Emergency Recovery Specialists are on call 24/7 to rapidly respond to these events. Establishing trust and building rapport and credibility with property owners is paramount in the early hours following an event. Candidate will be knowledgeable and participate in emergency preparedness drills getting to know public first responders and other restoration-related activities is important to the success of the Emergency Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local business community.
Ability to work an On-Call schedule and respond to provided leads immediately - 24/7 including holidays.
Listen to the property owners’ story to empathize and determine how you can help, be empathetic to the property owner’s current burden.
Effectively communicate Full Circle Restoration’s suite of services.
Must be familiar with the local territory to maintain immediate response times.
Perform business development outreach when not responding to emergencies.

Other Duties
Call on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) businesses, multi-family, as well as some local government departments including first responders and other verticals
Follow up on prior chase opportunities to determine future opportunities
Work closely with Cotton’s state-of-the-art Business Intelligence Center

Must be a sales lead hunter, self-motivated, organized, flexible, and always hungry for new business
Excellent communication skills
Likes working with and helping people
Must be able to prioritize and manage time independently
Thrives under high-stress, fast-paced situations, and continually changing circumstances
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Background Requirements:

5+ yrs experience in one or more of these fields: restoration, military, fire department, EMS, police, customer service, construction, insurance, or sales.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Computer literacy with a working knowledge of common business software such as Microsoft Office.
