Role Details:

Workday SME
HCM core systems all diff. modules doing configurations and management.
Fielding a lot of questions from people to make changes and configs. (business processes)
Reporting
Doesn't need to be super techy
HRIS Manager within their HR dept, NOT in IT
Not super strict with 4 years HCM could be more, could be less, but needs to be strong
