As a Workday Technical Analyst you will carry out our Mission of Love by supporting, developing, and maintaining Workday technical solutions for Masonic Villages, with emphasis on security, integrations, reporting, and system support.
Our Workday Technical Analyst is responsible for the following:
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday security, integrations, reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
  • Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, file-based integrations, and related tools.
  • Monitor system and integration performance, resolve production issues, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
  • Ensure appropriate security, confidentiality, change management, and governance practices are followed.
  • Provide technical support for Workday issues and participate in release reviews, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, reporting, and system enhancements.
  • Support projects and initiatives involving enterprise applications and related technologies.
  • Serve as a technical resource for assigned enterprise applications, contributing to support, enhancements, integrations, reporting, testing, and implementation efforts.

What You Need as a Workday Technical Analyst :
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of technical Workday experience, including security, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Workday reports, calculated fields, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and data integration concepts.
