We are looking for a technical consultant with strong experience supporting and enhancing enterprise HR and financial systems within the Workday ecosystem. This individual will play a key role in improving system functionality, supporting integrations, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions across multiple Workday modules.
This role will work closely with internal teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to help maintain system stability, optimize workflows, and support ongoing platform enhancements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing technical development, troubleshooting, reporting, and business-facing collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Support and enhance Workday configurations, workflows, and overall system functionality
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems
  • Assist with reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data validation efforts
  • Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions
  • Investigate and resolve issues tied to integrations, reporting logic, system performance, or data accuracy
  • Participate in testing cycles, deployments, system upgrades, and production support activities
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and platform optimization initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Strong technical understanding of the Workday platform and its core architecture
