Are you an experienced controller with a knack for numbers and a passion for the automotive industry? We're currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Controller at a leading auto body shop dedicated to delivering top-notch service and quality repairs.
Position: Controller
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities of the auto body shop, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with management team to develop strategic financial plans and goals for the business.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a controller or in a similar financial management role.
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in an auto body shop or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management best practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
