KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coach 15-20 small group personal training sessions per week
• Follow up with leads and book sales appointments.
• Conduct sales appointments and sign up new members.
• Develop strategic relationships in the community and generate organic leads
• Assist with finding, hiring, and managing the most qualified staff for the local market
• Develop long-range-goals and objectives to increase member satisfaction, improve member and employee retention, and grow membership
• Solve problems that affect club sales performance and the members' satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of management and fitness sales experience preferred
• Must hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
• Must have a track record of success and experience in lead follow-up and sales - experience with presales a bonus
• Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Proven financial, business and human resource management experience
• Computer literacy - experience with Go High Level and MindBody Online a bonus
• Evening and occasional weekends hours are required
