Account Manager - Solar

The Account Manager position is a key role in the internal operations of Devlin. This role will manage and develop customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with customers and liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for customers from deal signed to permission to operate
• Provide regular proactive updates on project status and next steps
• Work with customers to schedule appointments (site inspection, etc.)
• Document customer interactions in CRM
• Handle escalated projects in collaboration with necessary stakeholders and escalate problems to manager for resolution
• Own the change order process
• Ensure projects move through pipeline in a timely manner
• Host pipeline calls for channel partners
• Effective verbal and written communication via Microsoft suite

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer experience or account management
• Must be bi-lingual (Spanish)
• Associates Degree or 2+ years’ experience equivalent
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong communication skills with ability to de-escalate and resolve customer issues and questions
• Ability to quickly pivot tasks based on importance
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,500.00 per year
