Responsibilities
Client Needs Assessment: Identify and analyze the unique insurance requirements of clients to offer suitable coverage options.
Sales Generation: Primarily, call on our book of existing customers that don't have life insurance with us.
Policy Recommendations: Present and explain insurance policies to clients, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs and preferences.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining ongoing communication.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, insurance products, and market changes to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Valid Life Insurance license in Minnesota is required or we will cover the cost of licensing upon successful completion of licensing requirements.
Experience: Previous experience in life insurance sales is preferred but we are willing to train.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and present insurance options.
Customer-Centric: A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and support to customers throughout the insurance process.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote environment, maintaining productivity and collaboration with team members.
Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals and drive success.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and digital communication platforms.
