IT Help Desk Administrator

Successful candidate will be 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and provide 1st level support to employees
• Resolve IT support requests from employees through our 3rd party IT vendor.  Escalate as needed.
• Provide technical support for computer software, hardware, applications, communication devices, and security
• Change configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
• Ability to talk with employees to get the information needed to resolve a problem and update them on the status of their service requests
• Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed
• Have the ability to learn new applications as needed
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products
• Working knowledge of VOIP products
• Working knowledge of ShowMyPc or equivalent to remote into end-users pc’s to help troubleshoot
• Basic understanding of networks
• Working knowledge of MFP’s
• Working knowledge Wireless Access Points
• IT Support to the LWR Corporate team

Qualifications Desired:

• An Associate's degree or higher in computer science or related field, or a high school diploma with relevant certification and experience
• A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and office automation products
• Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and follow complex and unique processes
• Tech savvy and open to learning new technologies
