  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to optimize user experience and conversion funnels.
  • Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to iterate on marketing strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Implement customer segmentation strategies, optimize website experiences, and utilize marketing automation workflows.
  • Oversee influencer marketing, conduct performance reviews, and manage marketing budgets.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, manage media relationships, and develop referral and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of driving significant user growth and revenue.
  • Direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving significant user growth and revenue through direct sales channels.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, including proficiency in utilizing platform features to optimize online storefronts, manage product listings, and enhance customer shopping experiences.
