Roofing Sales Rep

Roof Plus is currently hiring for an outgoing full-time Roofing Sales Rep to market our professional roof repair and replacement services in the Point Pleasant, NJ area. This Sales Rep position works a full-time schedule between 8 am and 6 pm, with varying end times, and some Saturday work is available but not required. This position earns great commission resulting in earnings of $70,000-$130,000 per year, based on skills and performance. We are local industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

ROOFING SALES REP REQUIREMENTS

In this full-time sales role, you play an important role in ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You work with provided leads to evaluate our client's roofing needs then clearly, accurately, and honestly explain the best options for them. Referring to customer requests and specifications, you make appropriate product and service offerings.

You act as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure effective communication and manage expectations. Following up on customer questions, needs, or concerns, you make sure customers are educated about the process and are excited to work with us. Closing leads and ensuring that customers are happy gives you a great sense of accomplishment!

• Valid driver's license with relatively clean driving record
• Comfortable with heights
• Some sales experience
