Company: Fast Growing Roofing Company specializing in storm-damaged roofing issues.
Important: This is a remote position utilizing your roofing sales management experience to interview, qualify, and make hiring decisions with a high volume of sales reps. No management or field sales - only interview & hire!
Position: Roofing Sales Manager - No Selling, No Managing, Just Zoom Interview & Hire Roofing Sales Reps Daily
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
▪ Zoom interview and hire a high volume of candidates applying for Roofing Sales positions
▪ Work remotely conducting Zoom interviews with roofing sales reps who have already applied and have been pre-qualified for interviews
Required Skills:
▪ Strong telephone interviewing and hiring skills
▪ Strong communication and decision-making skills
Experience:
▪ 5+ years of roofing sales management experience focused on storm-damaged roofing
▪ Previous experience building a large-scale Storm Damage Sales Team preferred
▪ Prior experience working remotely is a plus
