Position:
Roofing Sales Manager-NO Selling NO Managing Just Zoom Interview & Hire Roofing Sales Reps.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• You will Zoom Interview and hire a high volume of applying candidates for Roofing Sales positions.

•You will work remotely conducting Zoom Interviews with roofing sales reps who have already applied and have been pre qualified for you to interview.

Required Skills:
•Strong effective telephone sales and interviewing and hiring skills

Experience:
• 5+ years of roofing sales management focused on storm damaged roofing

• Previous experience building a large scale by interviewing and making hiring decisions

• Prior experience working remotely
