CP Rankin is a well-established roofing contractor with a history of long-lasting customer relations and outstanding customer service. Our repair and replacement projects include industrial / commercial single-ply membrane, EPDM, built up roofing, modified bitumen, roof related metals and standing seam/metal panel roofing systems.

We are currently seeking a commercial roofing technician, Assistants ande Helpers, who is eager to be part of our team, learn and potentially grow within the organization.

General Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements
  • Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues
  • Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs
  • Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed.
  • Install service & perform approved repairs as requested.
  • Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel, etc.
  • Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places
  • Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-line service documents, timesheets, etc.
  • Some Travel
  • There may be additional duties and responsibilities required.

Requirements:

  • Experienced on commercial roof systems as described above
  • Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs
  • Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance
  • Good computer skills helpful
  • Excellent communicator, both oral and written

Ideal candidate would have single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up, roof related sheet metal and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems experience.

  • Hold and maintain a valid drivers License
  • Pass Drug Screen and Background Checks
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Must have personal tools for the trade
