AspectRemote Commercial Flat Roofing

Since the comparison is with itself, the focus is on understanding the role's scope. Remote Commercial Flat Roofing involves installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofs on commercial buildings, often requiring certifications like OSHA and roofing licenses. It typically involves physical work on-site, but remote roles may include project management or consultation. The key difference lies in the work environment: on-site versus remote work, which may involve coordinating projects or providing technical support remotely. Both roles share similar credentials and industry usage, but remote positions emphasize planning, communication, and oversight rather than physical roofing tasks.

Job description

Remote Commercial Roofing Appointment Setter / Call Center Representative

We are looking for motivated, confident individuals to join our remote commercial roofing call center. This is a performance-based contractor position focused on outbound calling, identifying qualified commercial properties, speaking with property owners/decision-makers, and scheduling roof inspections for our contracted commercial roofing company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to commercial property owners and decision-makers
  • Follow up with previously contacted properties and leads
  • Identify properties that may have qualifying storm-related roof damage
  • Schedule qualified commercial roof inspections
  • Verify the correct decision-maker and property information
  • Maintain detailed notes and properly update leads in our systems
  • Double/triple dial numbers and actively research additional contact information when necessary
  • Attend required team meetings, training, and check-ins
  • Maintain consistent daily call activity and performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with business owners
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
  • Coachable and willing to follow our scripts, systems, and training
  • Persistent without being unprofessional
  • Organized and able to properly document calls and follow-ups
  • Sales, appointment-setting, roofing, telemarketing, or B2B experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Compensation:
This is a performance-based position with weekly pay.

  • $200 for each scheduled inspection that results in qualifying roof damage
  • Additional $50 when a meeting/presentation with the owner takes place and the owner is receptive
  • $250 bonus for every 3 qualifying leads
  • 1% back-end commission when your deal closes and the project is ultimately built

Back-end commissions on commercial roofing projects can be substantial, but these projects may take several months to complete.

Daily Expectations:
Successful callers consistently work the phones. Our target is approximately 100–200 outbound calls per day, including follow-ups, double/triple dialing, and circling back to previously contacted properties.

We provide training, scripts, lead-generation systems, and the tools needed to learn our process. Your income will depend heavily on your consistency, activity level, ability to follow the system, and willingness to improve.

If you are competitive, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and looking for an opportunity where your effort directly affects your income, we want to hear from you.
