Job description

Currently hiring a Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team and oversee commercial flat and low-slope roofing projects from start to finish. As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on roofing job sites, supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, and ensuring projects stay on budget and deadline. Pay is $40 - $52 per hour based on skill set and level of experience.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate roofing installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Lead and motivate roofing crew members to meet project goals
  • Review project plans, blueprints and specifications to ensure proper execution
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
  • Manage project timelines, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
  • Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and safety awareness

Commercial Roofing Foreman Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a roofing foreman or supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
