The Role
As a Roofing Advisor, you will run company-provided appointments with homeowners interested in roofing services. You will assess needs, present solutions, and close contracts. This is a high-earning role for a self-motivated professional who is hungry, organized, and dedicated to a great customer experience.
What You'll Do
  • Sales & Consulting: Run pre-set appointments and supplement your pipeline through active canvassing and door knocking to build local market presence.
  • Assessments: Conduct thorough roof inspections using industry-leading measurement tools.
  • Presentations: Deliver consultative sales presentations, guide homeowners through financing options, and close contracts.
  • Management: Manage the customer relationship from the initial contract through project completion.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline activity in our CRM and attend daily morning meetings.

What Were Looking For
  • Proven track record in consultative or in-home sales (roofing or home services preferred).
  • Comfortable running pre-set leads and generating new opportunities through canvassing.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working entirely on commission.
  • Exceptional communicator who is professional, trustworthy, and persuasive.
  • Proficient with smartphones and CRM tools.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
