Farha Roofing - an award-winning, family-owned company - is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead our commercial production team in Kansas City.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee all commercial roofing production from start to finish
  • Manage and support subcontractor crews, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency
  • Schedule projects and coordinate materials, deliveries, equipment, and manpower
  • Conduct job site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors, Project Managers, vendors, and customers when needed
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule and within scope
  • Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions quickly and effectively
  • Review and manage change orders, job costs, and project progress
  • Lead and participate in production, scheduling, and safety meetings
  • Ensure proper jobsite documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement in production processes, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Commercial roofing experience required (Superintendent or similar leadership role preferred)
  • Experience with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing preferred
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, specifications, and manufacturer installation requirements
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tech-capable (smartphone, apps, basic computer systems)
  • Must pass a drug and background check

Because this position involves driving, handling materials, and access to job sites and company property, successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment.
