Roofing Sales

Job Title: Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Minneapolis–Saint Paul, MN
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Commission-based with high earning potential

We are a growing Minnesota roofing and remodeling company looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and motivated to build a successful career in roofing sales.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities

Meet with homeowners and explain roofing options

Conduct basic exterior inspections and document visible damage

Help customers understand the insurance-claim or retail roofing process

Prepare estimates, follow up with prospects, and close contracts

Maintain communication with customers throughout the project

Work closely with project managers and production crews

Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications:

Roofing, construction, insurance-restoration, or sales experience is preferred

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Willing to canvass neighborhoods and generate new business

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs

Smartphone and basic computer skills

Must be dependable, honest, and professional
