We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Crew member to join a two-person team responsible for completing a variety of Commercial Roof Repairs and Preventative Maintenance Program. In this role, you’ll help protect and extend the life of our customers’ roofing systems while representing our company with integrity on every job site.

If you’re a skilled commercial roofer who thrives on problem‑solving, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality, permanent repairs—not temporary fixes—this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values your expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform repairs across a wide range of commercial roofing systems, including:
    • TPO
    • EPDM
    • Modified Bitumen
    • Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
    • Ballasted systems
    • Metal and other commercial roof assemblies
  • Diagnose leaks and roofing deficiencies accurately and efficiently
  • Complete durable, high‑quality repairs
  • Support our Preventative Maintenance Program through inspections, minor repairs, and ongoing maintenance
  • Document work performed with clear photos and detailed notes using mobile applications
  • Communicate findings and recommendations with the operations team
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  • Properly care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all safety standards, procedures, and job‑specific requirements

What You Bring

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on commercial roofing experience required
  • 5+ years preferred
  • Experience across multiple commercial roofing systems

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and terminology
  • Ability to work independently as a two‑person crew
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for documentation
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, organization, and decision‑making skills
  • Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent walking, standing, climbing ladders, and roof access
  • Clear vision, hearing, and communication abilities
  • Regular typing and use of mobile devices
  • Work performed in both office and field environments
  • Exposure to weather, heights, noise, and jobsite conditions
  • Occasional early mornings, evenings, or adjusted hours based on project needs
