  • Assessments: Conduct thorough roof inspections using industry-leading measurement tools.
  • Presentations: Deliver consultative sales presentations, guide homeowners through financing options, and close contracts.
  • Management: Manage the customer relationship from the initial contract through project completion.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline activity in our CRM and attend daily morning meetings.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in consultative or in-home sales (roofing or home services preferred).
  • Comfortable running pre-set leads and generating new opportunities through canvassing.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working entirely on commission.
  • Exceptional communicator who is professional, trustworthy, and persuasive.
  • Proficient with smartphones and CRM tools.

  • Company-generated leads to supplement your activity.
  • Access to multiple customer financing platforms to help close deals.
  • Ground-floor opportunity with a franchise backed by 20 years of history.

This Role Is Not For You If:
  • You require a guaranteed base salary to feel secure.
  • You are unwilling to canvass or build your own pipeline.
  • You struggle with accountability regarding close rates.
