Job description

Roofing Foreman - Metal Focus (Lead & Build Phoenix Team)
Run Jobs • Lead Crews • Growth Opportunity
We are building out our Phoenix roofing operation and are looking for a strong foreman who can take ownership of jobs and help us establish a high standard.
This is not a "show up and work" position-we are looking for someone who can lead installs, solve problems, and take responsibility for the outcome of each job.
We currently self-perform our metal roofing work and are in the process of building out subcontractor crews. This role will be critical in both running jobs and helping us grow the operation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Run roofing jobs start to finish (especially metal systems)
  • Lead crews and ensure work is done right-not just fast
  • Install roofing systems as needed (hands-on role)
  • Troubleshoot issues and handle repairs or callbacks
  • Maintain job quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Communicate with management and occasionally homeowners
  • Help support and oversee subcontractor crews as we expand

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven experience running roofing jobs (not just working on them)
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems (metal experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to lead a crew and hold people accountable
  • Takes ownership-no excuses, no micromanagement needed
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, no ego
  • Problem-solver who can think on the job

REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid driver's license (must be able to drive company trucks)
  • Ability to work in Phoenix conditions (heat, ladders, lifting, etc.)
  • Dependable transportation

WHAT THIS ROLE IS
This is a hands-on leadership role.
You will be:
  • Running jobs
  • Leading installs
  • Setting the standard for our Phoenix team

As we grow, this role can evolve into:
  • Senior foreman
  • Production leadership
  • Subcontractor oversight

PAY & OPPORTUNITY
  • Competitive pay based on experience and leadership ability
  • Consistent work
  • Opportunity to help build and shape the Phoenix operation
  • Long-term growth for the right person

CULTURE
We operate on a few simple principles:
  • Do the right thing
  • Take ownership
  • Continuously improve

We are not looking for someone who just wants a paycheck-we want someone who takes pride in their work and leadership.
We are not looking for basic installers. You must have experience running jobs and leading crews.
Apply with your experience and briefly describe:
  • The size of crews you've led
  • The types of roofing systems you've run
