Roofing Sales Representative (1099)GK Homes & Roofing | Austin & Surrounding Areas

Pay

● 1099 Independent Contractor

● 50% of Gross Profit per Job

● Unlimited Commission Potential

About the Role

GK Homes & Roofing is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Roofing Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the Austin area. If you are self-motivated, enjoy working directly with homeowners, and want to focus on selling rather than managing construction operations, this is an excellent opportunity.


Unlike many roofing companies, our Project Manager handles material ordering, scheduling, and jobsite supervision. This allows you to stay focused on what you do best—generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales.


Responsibilities


● Generate new business through networking, referrals, door knocking, and self-generated leads

● Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions

● Prepare estimates and present proposals in a clear, professional manner

● Guide customers through the insurance and roofing process from contract to final payment

● Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business

● Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM


Qualifications

● Roofing sales experience required (GAF product knowledge preferred but not required)

● Strong communication and customer service skills

● Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

● Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
