Position:
Roofing Sales Manager-NO Selling NO Managing Just Zoom Interview & Hire Roofing Sales Reps Daily.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• You will Zoom Interview and hire a high volume of applying candidates for Roofing Sales positions.

• You will work remotely conducting Zoom Interviews with roofing sales reps who have already applied and have been pre qualified for you to interview.

Required Skills:
•Strong effective telephone sales and interviewing and hiring skills

Experience:
• 5+ years of roofing sales management focused on storm damaged roofing

• Previous experience building a large scale Storm Damage Sales Team preferred

• Prior experience working remotely is a Plus
