What are the main challenges faced in Weekend Roofing Sales, and how can new hires effectively overcome them?

One of the main challenges in Weekend Roofing Sales is reaching and engaging homeowners during limited hours, as weekends are often when people are most available but also most protective of their personal time. New hires can overcome this by honing their communication skills, being respectful of homeowners' schedules, and clearly conveying the value of the roofing services offered. Additionally, working closely with the sales team to share leads, strategies, and feedback can help improve success rates. Consistent follow-up and a professional approach go a long way in building trust and closing sales.

Why do people quit roofing sales?

People quit roofing sales often due to the high rejection rate, inconsistent income, and the demanding nature of the job, which requires strong sales skills and resilience. The job's commission-based pay and the need for persistent customer outreach can lead to burnout and turnover.
