Roofing Sales Specialist

 We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Roofing Sales Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess the needs and propose appropriate solutions.

- Present, promote, and sell roofing services/products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. - Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. - Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.

 Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a sales representative, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs. - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. - Valid driver’s license.
