Job Description: As an Automotive Technician and Service Advisor Recruiter/Trainer, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and training automotive technicians and service advisors. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a high-performing team by sourcing top talent, facilitating onboarding processes, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks, to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to identify the best fit for each role.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technical schools, vocational programs, and industry organizations to source promising talent.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for automotive technicians and service advisors, covering technical skills, customer service techniques, and company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate on-the-job training and mentorship programs to support new hires during their transition into their roles.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in automotive repair and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive recruitment, technician training, and/or service advisor training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for fostering talent and promoting professional growth.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and training management systems is a plus.
