- Answer and customers visitors and employees with their needs
- Maintain, compile, and update data
- Maintain the sale and inventory of gift shop merchandise
- Maintain customer data, complete briefings with customers
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- BS Degree in Business Administration, IT or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a busy customer service environment
- Able to travel domestically and internationally 5% of the time
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
- Google workspace preferred
- help desk software, access management tools, and CRM systems preferred.
