Facilities Manager - Established Restaurant Group

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our growing Multi-Unit Restaurant Service Department. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the management of strategic upgrades to existing facilities. They will prepare and oversee project budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages plan for upgrades to existing facilities.
• Manages, schedules, budgets, and assigns team design responsibilities for existing facilities.
• Manages fabrication shops, warehouse, equipment and coordinates projects and deliveries including purchasing of equipment and materials for projects.
• Coordinates details to team members with shop drawings (carpentry, metal, paint, upholstery, and HVAC).
• Establishes and manages project budget, timelines, and schedules.
• Manages service operations and service teams including installation, construction, and HVAC technicians.
• Coordinates projects with Director of Operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Full Time Position

• Remote position with regional travel required. • Vehicle allowance provided.

• Evening, overnight and weekend work may be necessary.

• Knowledge of restaurant building systems, construction practices and building codes.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality space.

• Project management experience with a proven record of managing budgets and completing projects on time.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to travel from one location to another.

• Good vendor management skills

• Strong problem solving and time management skills.

$90k - 100k Annual Compensation
