Job Description

Position: Construction Equipment/Supplies Coordinator

Report to: Central Ohio Area Manager

Job Description Summary:

This position is responsible for scheduling construction equipment moves, tracking supplies and maintaining records to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Responsibilities:

Organize all construction equipment moves with the construction management team
Pull permits for overweight & oversized loads
Responsible for tracking all construction assets (heavy equipment) distributed to job sites
Scheduling Central Ohio lowboys & parts runners to facilitate ongoing needs
Track distribution of jobsite supplies through the inventory control system
Order all small tools, safety supplies for Central Ohio, to maintain inventory levels
Scheduling facility maintenance work, when necessary
All other duties as assigned to promote teamwork

Qualifications:

Must possess strong communication skills
Must be well organized
Must be able to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
A good knowledge of the Central Ohio area is a plus
Background in the Civil Construction field is a plus
A clean driving record is a plus
