We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to work in southern New Haven County.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate technical development efforts of multiple projects; ensuring performance, quality, cost and schedule alignment.
Oversee Electrical Engineers, Industrial Designers, and technicians
Coordinate with other departments and external vendors
Provide technical knowledge to non-technical audiences
Coordinate and lead executive level updates
Sign off meetings as part of Product Development process
Anticipate, analyze, resolve or escalate issues before any significant impacts

Qualifications

Electrical engineering or related engineering degree
Product development experience; Experience leading a team or development
Proficiency at writing technical reports and performing technical or failure analysis
