Our Professional Services team is expanding, and we're seeking a talented Project Engineer / Professional Services Engineer (PSE) to join our ranks.

Position Summary:
The Project Engineer / Professional Services Engineer (PSE) plays a crucial role in our Professional Services department. This role involves both pre-sales technical scoping and client-facing project delivery. You'll translate high-level solutions into actionable work scopes, ensure successful implementation, and support project delivery according to scope and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and document project requirements for accurate quoting and planning.
  • Deliver technical implementations and migrations following approved scope.
  • Produce clear documentation for seamless handoff to support teams.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 environments, administration, and migration tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure implementation.
  • Experience with endpoint deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Previous experience in an MSP, IT services, or consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and network infrastructure.
  • Exposure to virtualization platforms like Hyper-V or VMware.
