Job Description:
Infrastructure Security Services Engineer
Pay Range: $75-80/hr.
Contract through end of 2026 (w/ a likelihood of continued extension into 2027)
Location: 100% Remote
Role Overview
As a member of a global project, you will have a critical role in delivering key milestones to help secure our global infrastructure, including servers and databases. This role is responsible for building and implementing a just-in-time privileged access model, where administrators check out a CyberArk credential only when elevated access is needed, rather than maintaining standing access on their personal accounts. This includes cleaning up the infrastructure to only support this model and creating all new artifacts needed to make this a reality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with infrastructure owners (server and database) to understand access needs for operations and other SMEs.
  • Clean up existing access and reprovision it to "fire call" type accounts managed in CyberArk.
  • Write PowerShell scripts to support access model implementation.
  • Ensure the global change process is followed and all necessary ServiceNow tickets are submitted and approved.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and report project status and metrics in an understandable format.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrate technical skills, with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure during a critical incident and provide resolution.
  • A strong team player.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of Active Directory administration and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with CyberArk in vaulting and managing accounts.
  • Strong communication skills are required in both written and verbal format.
