As a Technical Service Engineer, you will:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges involving plasma, waterjet, laser, and automated cutting systems both remotely and at customer sites.

  • Work with advanced technologies including industrial automation, CNC controls, electrical systems, motion control, networking, and software integration.

  • Travel to customer locations to support installations, perform diagnostics, and help customers maximize the value of their equipment.

  • Deliver engaging technical training that empowers customers to operate, maintain, and optimize their systems independently.

  • Partner with manufacturing professionals, machine builders, distributors, and engineers to solve complex technical and application challenges.

  • Document solutions and contribute to a growing knowledge base that helps customers and engineers worldwide.

  • Learn from experienced engineers while mentoring newer team members as your expertise grows.

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and channel partners.

Who you are and the experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Passion for technology, troubleshooting, and continuous learning.

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to work directly with customers.

  • Experience or interest in automation, controls, robotics, electrical systems, drives and motors, industrial networking, CNC programming, software integration, or manufacturing processes.

  • A hands-on mindset and the confidence to tackle challenging technical problems.

  • Ability to travel and work in diverse manufacturing environments.
