Job description

Customer Service Engineer

Human Castle is supporting a global capital equipment manufacturing company in the acquisition of a Customer Service Engineer. This exciting role is a permanent-hire position which comes with one of the best benefits packages in the area and includes dual yearly bonuses.

Key Details:

  • Coordinate/support repairs and services of capital equipment valued in the multi-millions of dollars
  • Execute expertise on equipment and maintain vendor relationships
  • Spearhead equipment rebuild/refurbishment activities for clients
  • Work hand-in-hand with Strategic Account Managers
  • USE SAP to manage projects, materials, parts and more
  • Support global Customer Service teams
  • Support Business Development and Sales teams
  • Leading or supporting capital equipment upgrade projects
  • Handle warranty processing

Required:

  • Associate's Degree in Engineering or related
  • 2 years of experience in Engineering related field

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related
  • Experience supporting customers and clients
