Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) department.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to automotive finance and insurance.

- Work closely with customers to secure financing options that meet their needs.

- Offer extended warranties, service contracts, and insurance products to enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience.

- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and lenders.

- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with customers throughout the financing process.

- Coach and mentor the F&I team to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.

- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an F&I Manager or equivalent role in the automotive industry.

- Strong knowledge of automotive financing options, insurance products, and related regulations.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., AFIP, state insurance licenses) are a plus.
