Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Studio City team! As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance, inventory/ordering & staff management. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. We are a fast growing company looking for a team player who wants to grow with us!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain quality control & adhere to companies high level of food standards
Manage employees from foh to boh
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Assist in scheduling as needed
Interviewing & hiring

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management experience
Experience on cold line, hot line & prep
Previous sandwich experience
Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS software (Toast is a plus)
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment
Excellent management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service
Positive Attitude
Experience with purchasing & inventory
Knowledgable about cogs & labor

Compensation: $23-$25 per hour + generous tips (average hourly including tips=$27-$30 per hour)
