• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational goals and financial targets
• Provide leadership and guidance to hotel staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budget management and cost control
• Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and overall hotel performance

• 2+ years of experience in hotel management
• Proven track record of success in hotel administration
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Must have Marriott Experience!!
• US work authorization
