Before we get to the nitty-gritty, let's talk about the sweet stuff. We pay our Auto Dealership Sales Managers a generous salary of $95,000 - $135,000 per year, plus bonuses and commission. WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED AS AN AUTO DEALERSHIP SALES MANAGER

• 2+ years of experience working at an auto dealership
• State sales license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Having bilingual proficiency would be a significant advantage! Although not mandatory, preference is given to candidates with a bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant training, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
