Financial Coordinator / Scheduling Coordinator for Dental/Orthodontic

We are seeking a multi-talented individual with dental/orthodontic experience to work in our progressive 2-doctor practice.

Our ideal candidate has experience “wearing many hats” and will act primarily as a Financial Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator and Recall Coordinator. Responsibilities may also include filling in as a Treatment Coordinator.

The right individual will:

5. Have organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Have the ability to multi-task in a busy office setting

A huge advantage would be competency in the use of dental/orthodontic software and terminology, and clinical experience.

Daily duties will vary, but may include: scheduling appointments, answering telephones, meeting with patients to discuss treatment options and financial arrangements, handling and processing payments, reconciling daily deposits, billing patients/processing monthly statments, processing insurance claims, confirming insurance benefits for patients, and making collections calls for delinquent accounts.

Pay and benefits are negotiable, and commensurate with experience. Schedule will be full time, 4.5 days/week and 33-37 hours/week.
