Equipment Sales Representative

PA Territory: Tioga, Lycoming, Clinton, Bradford, Sullivan, Northumberland, Snyder, Union, Juniata, Mifflin

Currently, we are seeking an Equipment Sales Representative covering the following counties in Pennsylvania: Tioga, Lycoming, Clinton, Bradford, Sullivan, Northumberland, Snyder, Union, Juniata, Mifflin.

The performance and success of your territory will require you to establish new relationships within the territory, while maintaining and strengthening existing business. You will be primarily be responsible for the sale, leasing and rentals of forklifts and other material handling equipment. A day in the life of an Equipment Sales Representative is a true Outside Sales Position, with four days physically out in your territory and one, In-office day to build key important relationships at the branch level to help you be successful out in the field.

Main Duties:

• Grow Forklift Equipment sales within your territory
• Contribute to the team effort by meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
• 50+ "Touches" per day
• Provide superior customer service
• Prepare daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly & annual territory analysis

Requirements:

• Outside Sales /Territory Sales experience a plus!
• High energy individual with a “hunter mentality”
• Results oriented, self-starter able to work independently
• Strong competitive drive
• Ability to build long lasting relationships
• Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn products and services offered by Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Industry experience preferred
• College Degree preferred
• Organized and highly motivated
