Job Overview:
OcyonBio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our pharmaceutical company. As a HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing talent acquisition, and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices within the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for supporting the professional growth and well-being of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to support professional development.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in alignment with legal and industry requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Manage employee documentation, including contracts, benefits, and personnel records.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
