Job Overview:

OcyonBio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our pharmaceutical company. As a HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing talent acquisition, and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices within the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for supporting the professional growth and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.

• Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.

• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Relations:

• Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.

• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to support professional development.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in alignment with legal and industry requirements.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.

• Manage employee documentation, including contracts, benefits, and personnel records.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities.

• Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
