HVAC Dispatcher

We are a busy and growing HVAC company seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC dispatching, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage incoming service calls
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times and provide updates on technician arrival times
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician activity
• Monitor technician availability and workload to optimize scheduling and efficiency
• Work closely with the service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of work orders
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in HVAC dispatching preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in HVAC or related field preferred

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00+ per hour
