Position: Aircraft Records Specialist- Operations
Position Type: W2 Contract- Must work 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday per week. Three shifts:
3 shifts – morning, day, and evening
Morning – starts at 4 am
Day – Starts at 8:30 am
Evening – Starts at 1:30 pm
Location: Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX
Position Purpose:
Serve as a member of the ACM Monitors department, responsible for creating and removing the non-routine tasks on AC. Must have SCEPTRE experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Monitors department.
- Process non-routine maintenance alerts and ensure SCEPTRE is tracking accurately
- Perform second reviews for items set up by other team members
- Closed out Monitors that have been completed after verifying that paperwork correctly substantiates the closure
- Work directly with TSD and Planning with there is a question on how to set up or if it’s okay to close a Monitor
- Verify completion paperwork for non-routine maintenance has made it to AirVault
- Research and resolve Monitors tracking with a closed LP
- Submit ECNs on documents that may need to be corrected
Required:
- Great Attention to detail skills
- Set up non-routine maintenance tasks utilizing SCEPTRE.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize computer programs / applications with ease
- SCEPTRE 1-3 years Surrounding team/key projects
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Aircraft Records
- Verify compliance with non-routine maintenance tasks to close out -8 and paperwork queries.
- Perform 2nd Reviews.
