Description
Take-off with Pilatus! We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Sales Representative to support aircraft sales activities in Sarasota, FL and the Caribbean. The Aircraft Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing aircraft sales opportunities within an assigned territory, while supporting customer relationships throughout the aircraft acquisition and delivery process.
Working closely with Pilatus, internal departments, and regional partners, this role supports aircraft sales growth, customer engagement, demonstration activities, and long-term relationship development throughout Florida and the Caribbean.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Development, management, and closing of aircraft sales opportunities throughout Florida and the Caribbean from initial prospect engagement through contract execution and aircraft delivery
  • Identification, qualification, and cultivation of relationships with prospective aircraft buyers including corporate flight departments, private owners, government operators, brokers, and aviation service providers
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with aircraft owners, operators, flight departments, brokers, and industry partners to generate and support aircraft sales opportunities
  • Management and advancement of sales pipeline activities including forecasting, prospecting updates, and territory activity reporting
  • Development and execution of territory sales strategies in coordination with company leadership and Pilatus Aircraft Ltd.
  • Support of regional marketing initiatives including customer events, aircraft demonstrations, trade shows, and aviation industry events
  • Coordination of aircraft demonstrations and customer evaluation flights in collaboration with the Flight Department
  • Support of aircraft delivery preparation and post-delivery customer engagement activities to ensure a seamless ownership experience
  • Coordination with marketing, customer support, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure a consistent customer experience throughout the sales and delivery process
  • Performance of additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in aircraft sales, aircraft brokerage, business aviation, general aviation operations, or related aviation industry roles; pilot background and familiarity with turbine/high-performance aircraft environments strongly preferred
  • Experience with Pilatus aircraft products or similar high-performance aircraft preferred; prior Pilatus product line experience highly desirable
  • Established relationships within the general aviation community including aircraft owners, corporate flight departments, operators, brokers, and aviation industry partners preferred
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, relationship management, and complex sales cycle management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work onsite in Sarasota, FL five days per week and travel frequently throughout Florida and the Caribbean including overnight travel and customer events outside normal business hours
