POSITION: Senior Aircraft Broker
SCHEDULE: M-F, 8:00 – 5:00
LOCATION: Flexible/Remote
SALARY: Highly Competitive/Performance Driven
DESCRIPTION: Omni Aircraft is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Senior Aircraft Broker with an established book of business and the ability to originate and close transactions.
This is a production role for a proven dealmaker who can bring opportunities to the platform, elevate brand presence, and drive meaningful transaction volume.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
  • Originate and close aircraft acquisition and sales transactions
  • Leverage and expand an existing network of operators, owners, and industry professionals
  • Bring qualified deal flow to Omni
  • Represent the Omni brand at a senior level
  • Collaborate with internal maintenance and avionics teams to create strategic value for buyers and sellers
  • Drive revenue through personal production
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 7+ years in aircraft brokerage or related aviation sales
  • Documented transaction history
  • Strong industry relationships and referral network
  • Self-driven, highly autonomous
  • Comfortable operating at the executive level
  • Reputation built on integrity and execution
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Must be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Must be goal-oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, and work well independently and with a team.
  • Must be able to pass a ten-year Background/Criminal/OMV/Drug Screen
