Job description

Global Wings, a business aircraft sales and management company, is seeking a high energy, and highly organized and proactive Office Operations & Special Projects Associate to support the daily administrative and operational needs of our company. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in private aviation, business operations, and client service. The position involves coordinating office activities, supporting internal teams, and assisting with special projects across aircraft sales and management functions.
 

Key Responsibilities
•Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and client-ready environment
•Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing materials
•Provide administrative support to sales, operations, and management teams
•Research current and historical aircraft operational and sales data
•Assist in the preparation and organization of aircraft sales materials, presentations, and documentation
•Support special projects related to aircraft transactions, aircraft advertising, and charter marketing
•Maintain organized records of documents, contracts, and internal files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
•Assist with travel coordination and logistics when needed
•Help ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards
•Handle general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests as assigned
•This is not a remote position and you may be required to work outside of normal business hours from time to time


Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree, working towards a college degree, or equivalent experience preferred
•High energy personality
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive or high-value information
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
