As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organization: Maintain meticulous records, manage schedules, and keep essential documents in order to facilitate streamlined operations.
- Quick Learner: Adapt to new tasks, procedures, and software quickly, enabling you to efficiently manage a variety of administrative tasks.
- Phone Management: Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data in our systems to support various departments and projects.
- Correspondence: Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other forms of communication with a high level of professionalism.
- Office Support: Assist with general office tasks such as invoicing, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Restaurant management experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
