Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious, experienced, licensed Real Estate Sales Agents to join us!

Responsibilities

Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Prospect for new leads to promote new business

Qualifications

Past real estate sales experience preferred, at least 1 year or at least 3 closed transactions
Organized and manages time effectively
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
A valid Texas Real Estate License is required for this job

Compensation varies but our goal is between $80,000-$100,000 +
