Light Industrial Recruiter

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Light Industrial Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for light industrial roles and a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment. 

**THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION,  MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various light industrial and skilled trade positions including CNC machinist, warehouse workers, production associates, assembly line workers, and machine operators.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate and understand staffing needs, providing consultative expertise to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the light industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of light industrial roles and requirements.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
