Position: Corporate Chef (Remote in New York City Metro area)

Job Summary: The Corporate Sales Chef, based remotely in New York City, is instrumental in spearheading the development and implementation of innovative product applications across both Retail and Food Service divisions.

Responsibilities: Upholding stringent standards of quality and conformity, the Corporate Chef prioritizes product excellence and adherence to food safety protocols, promptly reporting any deviations to the QA department.

  • Providing technical support to sales and marketing teams for Retail and Food Service accounts
  • Conducting comprehensive product training for all sales and marketing personnel
  • Actively promoting Bridor products to customers, leveraging culinary expertise
  • Collaborating closely with Research and Development to drive product innovation
  • Offering technical guidance and operational support to Bridor customers
  • Partnering with Sales and Marketing to expand customer base and market presence
  • Representing Bridor at professional events, customer visits, and sales engagements
  • Leading the development and execution of new product applications for Retail and Food Service divisions

Position Requirements:

Interpersonal Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Adherence to stringent safety, health, and environmental protocols
  • Proficiency in GMPs, HACCP, and BRC standards

Knowledge & Other Requirements:

  • Extensive expertise in bakery operations and product development
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Academic Requirements/Education:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts with specialization in Baking

Work Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in the pastry & bread baking industry

Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility for extensive travel may be required to fulfill job responsibilities
